MOSCOW, Aug 31 (PRIME) -- Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft will pay 3,875 rubles per common and preferred share, or a total of 27.607 billion rubles, in dividends for January–June, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The Federal State Property Management Agency, the sole owner of voting shares in Transneft, made the decision. The record date for dividends is 20th day since the decision date of Wednesday, August 30.
